What we do with your details.

ASAP is operated by ZELABS LTD, which is responsible for the details you hand over here. This page covers the waitlist only. When ASAP itself launches it’ll have its own policy covering the things you ask it to do.

What we collect

Exactly what you typed into the form: your name, your business name if you gave one, your WhatsApp number, your email, your city, and which tasks you said you’d use ASAP for. We also record whether you ticked the updates box, and how you arrived at this page: a campaign tag from the link, or the site that referred you.

That’s the whole list. No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no analytics script following you around.

Why we collect it

  • Your number and email, so we can tell you when it’s your turn. The confirmation email is sent because you asked to join; it isn’t marketing.
  • Your city and chosen tasks, so we know where to launch first and which service to connect first. This is the part that genuinely shapes what gets built.
  • Your name and business name, so we aren’t writing to you as “user”, and so we know whether you’d use ASAP for work.

Updates and marketing

The tick box on the form is unticked until you tick it. If you leave it alone, you get your confirmation email and then nothing until launch. If you tick it, you get occasional progress updates, and you can stop them by replying to any of them or emailing us.

Where it’s kept

In a managed Postgres database (Neon), and with the email provider that delivers your confirmation (Resend). Both process data outside Nigeria. Only ZELABS LTDcan read the waitlist. It isn’t shared with anyone else.

Being straight about the limit: the database is protected by access control and encrypted in transit, but individual fields are not separately encrypted at rest. Don’t put anything in the form you wouldn’t want stored in an ordinary business database.

How long we keep it

Until ASAP launches and you’ve been let in, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the project never ships, the list gets deleted rather than kept around.

Getting your details out

Email Zelabs365@gmail.com and say the word. We’ll delete your row and confirm it. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it.

We don’t sell your details, and we don’t pass them to advertisers.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is significant, we’ll email the list rather than quietly edit the page.
